OAC Building Steam C.O.V.

We needed to replace a steam cut out valve, that feeds steam to the garage building. The pipe had a repair coupling on the steam main. The valve was way up high by the ceiling. We moved the valve down to a more accessible position, installed a new drip pipe in front of the valve to drain condensate from the low point if the valve is closed. The valve is an American made OS&Y gate valve.
