Amy's Third Floor Bath Drainage Repipe

We were called in to replace the third floor bathroom drainage piping that had deteriorated and leaked into the second floor ceiling. During the repipe it was noted that the original plumber had pretty much destroyed the joist by passing the toilet pipe thru it instead of under it. This was corrected. The room it was in is a closet and there really was no reason the ceiling couldn't be furred down. This way a carpenter can repair the joist.
