Beachwood Coal Boiler Replacement

This was interesting. First I didn't even know that there was steam present in the City of Beachwood. The house was up for sale and had a coal boiler still operating in it with an old gas conversion burner. The prospective buyer brought us in to evaluate the boiler. We said, 'well it doesn't leak, but the gas bills must be enormous'. We turned on the boiler and 40 minutes later the steam still had not arrived on the second floor. We were then contracted to replace the coal boiler with a modern steam boiler. We chose a SlantFin Galaxy for this job.
