Singer Third Floor Bath Radiant

This is another Joe Emery Remodeling job in which a third floor bathroom was gutted and is being remodeled. The house is steam heated but the relatively large bathroom radiator was positioned in the main access to the bathroom. We took it out and capped the pipes. Then the radiant floor was put in. We ran pex tubing thru the walls to the basement to feed this radiant from the water of the steam boiler.
