Bay Village Boiler Install

This job involved removing the coal boiler, the conventional water heater, and the ceiling storage tank from the original indirect water heater on the coal boiler. We put in a Munchkin boiler and its domestic hot water storage tank. This house sits right on lake erie and is about 90-100 years old we think. The owner gave us the dollar figures she saved and it came out to 42% and thats with heating the garage now also. We added a hydro air unit heater in the garage. So were actually heating more area than before.
